Theresa and I were thinking about what we could offer from the kitchen. We deciced on this quick and easy roasted garlic recipe. Two ingredients are required, garlic and olive oil, a bit of sea salt if you like. This is seriously quick and easy, one minute on high in the microwave.
Theresa is a bit camera shy so she told me how to do the roasting and volunteered to shoot the video. Here is our effort with the editing talents of our wonderful Chief Community Officer removing the silliness that I specialize in.
