Thoughts from Stephen, Words on Simplicity

Good morning,

"The older I grow the more clearly I perceive the dignity and winning beauty of simplicity in thought, conduct, and speech: a desire to simplify all that is complicated and to treat everything with the greatest naturalness and clarity."
--Pope John XXIII

Infinite scale and complexity appears to underlie much of nature’s apparent simplicity. Natural harmony in life is found in accepting what we can recognize just as it is and then acting simply in accord with it.

"Reflect on the thought that if you are truly Here and Now
(a) it is ENOUGH, and
(b) you will have optimum power and understanding to do the best thing at the given moment."
--Ram Dass

Today simplicity in all awareness and action may bring a peace in knowing there is enough and you are doing the best in the moment.

Remember the phrase “How important is it?” to treat yourself to a day of simplicity and harmony.

Kindest regards,
Stephen

My friend Stephen has the gift of inspiration, I get emails almost every morning and with his permission I am honored to share some of his thoughtful words with you. The purpose of his writing is “to share my strength and hope for my friends and their friends.”  it is my hope you will enjoy these,   Teri
