Beautiful day in Paradise.

We are having the most beautiful day here in Paradise.  The sky is clear, the sun is bright, the air is cool and clean, I am healthy and happy.
That was my facebook post this morning.
I am wondering if it has to do with the yoga teachings I am receiving.
Yoga asks much of its practitioners requiring us not only to bend and stretch it requires us to look at our lives.
Yoga is a peaceful, thoughtful way of life teaching us about anger and how to deal with it, health and choices we make, greed by giving back and nurturing positive relationships and distancing ourselves from negative ones.
As I practice what we have been taught I see more beauty in my day because I look for it.  I have more positive encounters with people because I am open and friendly first.  Life seems more interesting as I open to the exciting possibilities to help others.
Harley even said to me a week or so ago, “I feel more peaceful when you are peaceful.”
I am half way through the training and enjoying every minute of it even the long hours of homework that is required.
Negative, selfish behavior has no place in the life of an inspired yogini.
