Thoughts from Stephen, "Step lightly on the world..."

Good morning,

It is the eye of other people that ruin us. If I were blind I would want, neither fine clothes, fine houses or fine furniture.
--Benjamin Franklin

We are driven by a myriad of forces to evolve in our lives. Ego, pride, desires of all variety, a sense of accomplishment all are contenders for our attention.

Everything has its wonders, even darkness and silence, and I learn, whatever state I may be in, therein to be content.
--Helen Keller

Our strivings have yielded great changes in our world. The cost of our progress appears to be very great.

As the eagle was killed by the arrow winged with his own feather, so the hand of the world is wounded by its own skill.
--Helen Keller

We are free today to make a difference in our world. Guide the eyes of all around us through our own choices.

Today we may demonstrate some contentment in our material abundance for others to be able to see.

Step lightly on the world, share your heart’s spirit and have an exceptional day!

Kindest regards,
Stephen

My friend Stephen has the gift of inspiration, I get emails almost every morning, with his permission I am honored to share some of his thoughtful words with you. The purpose of his writing is “to share my strength and hope for my friends and their friends.”  I hope you enjoy these,   Teri
