Hair Loss

Now tell me this isn’t the finest looking one of these you have seen today.

If you don’t know what this is you are missing out.  This is a $2.00 one and worth its weight in well, something valuable.

The cruel joke of aging is sometimes it is not funny; just ask someone that is loosing their hair.

Many experts believe the first step is to focus on keeping the hair we have by keeping our immune system in peak form, with supplements and diet.

Some people loose hair because the shampoos and conditioners they choose are harsh on the hair, experts recommend staying with natural products that are pH balanced.  Use shampoos and conditioners that use biotin in the formula.  It is recommended in supplement form too take a  look at our B-100 formula if you haven’t had a chance.

Keep in mind wet hair is when it is the most fragile so when your hair is wet pat it dry and try not to pull with grooming supplies.

It is normal to lose 50-100 hairs a day.  Fish oil and primrose oil in the diet will improve hair texture as well as prevent dry and brittle hair.  Winter is a harsh time of year causing more stress on hair being dry and brittle.  MSM aids in the manufacture of keratin a protein that is a major component of hair follicles.

Back to the picture, this is a scalp massager.  Little did I know when it was gifted to me I would fall in love with this silly looking thing.  It now has a place on my dresser and I use it in the morning and evening. I even think my hair is growing faster no scientific proof but it sure does feel good.

The biggest benefit of scalp massage is increased blood circulation to the skin and hair follicles . This benefit is why many individuals suffering from premature hair loss or other hair problems turn to scalp massage for help

Have you tried something that works for you?

PS Kathy R you are the winner of the free gift.  The only problem is I don't know how to get in touch with you please contact me and you can tell me where to send your gift. teri@ourhealthcoop.com
