Snow Birds

The snow birds are flying back.

I saw David today he is an umpire traveling around Florida in the winter officiating games for the different baseball leagues.

Margo and Sally are retired and back from their summer homes in Massachusetts.  I aspire to do that one day, not that far north, but leave the summer heat and return to enjoy the winter months.  Both ladies are full of life and we have become friends.

George and Peppy just got here.  They usually leave upstate New York just after Thanksgiving and get ready for their children and grand children to come for Christmas and New Years.

Bill got here about a month ago he comes back from Indiana.

I am happy the snow birds I know are back as we get ready for the heavy tourist season.

Tonight is the holiday boat parade everyone will be out for that. It is fun, anyone that wants to decorate their boats with holiday lights are welcome, then they parade down the Intracoastal Waterway.  It is nice and chilly here, a real feel of the holidays in the air with the temperatures in the 60’s, ah winter, how nice.
