Don't mess with Harley's shake.

I tried to tweak Harley’s Constant Health shake substituting mangos for bananas, oops.  Bless his heart, he told me, “Thank you for trying to make shake better but I would rather have bananas."  If you don’t know about Harley’s famous Constant Health shake let me give you the quick version.

1 Banana
3 Frozen Strawberries
1C Almond Milk
1 scoop Constant Health
½ scoop Soothing Greens
Blended until smooth…enjoy!

Without Constant Health shakes he starts noticing aches and lack of energy, he says he starts feeling rundown, like the neuropathy is returning.  I make Constant Health shakes 6 days a week.

I guess I will just leave the recipe alone for now.
