Are you prepared for today?

Our members regularly ask, “How can you be so happy every time I call?” Of course, it's good for business to have the person answering the phone happy to do their job, but the truth is that I am genuinely interested in what people have to say.
I believe the way I prepare for my day makes the biggest difference; I have a morning routine that prepares me for just about anything.

First, I help Harley get ready to leave the house to start his day (this includes making him a morning smoothie). Then I spend quiet time centering myself. I practice yoga with physical stretches and balance. I read an inspirational passage or two. Then, I just sit. I focus on being still, and I set my intention for the day. Some days I know will be difficult so I put extra time on being prepared. When I am ready to leave the house I feel centered, composed, and ready to take on what may come my way.
